3. Refunds

All sales for photography services are final. However, if there is an issue with digital or printed photographs, we will retake or reprint once the case has been assigned and reviewed by our team.

Any content, including but not limited to videos, photographs, and website designs, created by Digityze Media remains the intellectual property of Digityze Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, materials, and approvals necessary for the completion of requested services within agreed timelines. Delays in providing necessary information may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ projects and information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent from the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digityze Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
